IPT Land Mobile Batteries Product Warranty
Batteries and Chargers from Impact Power Technologies (IPT) are guaranteed to meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications for form, fit and function. IPT warrants that your battery or charger is free of defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period listed on our website (www.impactpowertech.com), or in a sales agreement between the Seller and the customer, or on our published specification sheet for that particular product. Our products are, at a minimum, warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment, provided the product is not modified and has been operated under normal and proper conditions.
All IPT Lifesaver Series™ Lithium Polymer batteries are warranted for a period of thirty (30) months and 900 recharging cycles, providing the product is not modified and has been operated and recharged under normal and proper conditions.
Our sole obligation for defective products is limited to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any battery or charger that does not conform to this warranty. Products repaired or replaced will be warranted only for the balance of the original warranty period.
The above warranty provisions shall not apply to any product that has been tampered with, altered, or modified, misused, improperly stored, has signs of physical or electrical stress, abuse, or accident beyond normal use, as will be determined by IPT.
All IPT Batteries and Chargers are designed for each device in a manner identical to that of the original equipment batteries. In the unlikely event that any damage is caused to the device by a properly used battery pack, IPT will repair or replace any device that is damaged in any way during the proper use of our battery packs.
THIS IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR IPT BATTERIES AND STATES YOUR REMEDIES. EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY OF TITLE AND THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE, SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES ON PRODUCTS FURNISHED HEREUNDER, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. IN NO EVENT SHALL IPT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME, USE, OR INCONVENIENCE. THE REMEDY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION IS BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR WARRANT CLAIMS, AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE TO BUYER AT LAW OR IN EQUITY.
